Our first conversation is a brief yet focused call (15–30 minutes) to explore your vision and ensure we’re the right fit. We’ll discuss:

  • Timeline and decision-making preferences

  • Whether your project requires full design or build-only support

  • What projects of similar scale typically require

If there’s alignment, we’ll schedule a site consultation to bring your vision into focus.

Step 2: The Site Consultation – Explore the Possibilities

This personalized, on-site consultation (typically 60–90 minutes) is where ideas begin to take shape. We will:

  • Tour your property together and assess its unique opportunities

  • Uncover your lifestyle goals, style preferences, and must-haves

Note: A consultation fee may apply depending on the scope of your project and location. This will always be discussed and confirmed during the Discovery Call—no surprises, ever.

For projects that require design, we engage in a collaborative design phase that may include:

  • Concepts or fully rendered 2D/3D visualizations

  • Thoughtful material selections and spatial planning

  • Iterative feedback and refinement to ensure total alignment

  • A final plan crafted for construction precision

Step 4: Construction Planning – From Vision to Build

With your design approved (or scope confirmed for build-only projects), we move into construction planning. You’ll receive a comprehensive proposal that includes:

  • Transparent pricing and payment milestones

  • Timeline expectations and projected start dates

  • Permit coordination and pre-construction logistics

Everything is reviewed together, so you feel confident before we break ground.

Cutting stone and working with hardscape materials can create dust and debris. We take this seriously and have invested in equipment and processes designed to help reduce airborne dust and maintain a cleaner job site — better for your home, your family, and our crew.

Throughout construction, we maintain clear communication so you always know what to expect as your outdoor space takes shape.

Step 6: Proactive Warranty & Follow-Up – Because Details Matter

We offer a Proactive Warranty Program designed to give you lasting peace of mind:

  • A seasonal check-in the spring following your first winter, to assess how your landscape has settled and performed

  • A final walkthrough in year two, giving us the opportunity to ensure everything has stood the test of time

  • Responsive support in the meantime, should anything arise

  • A comprehensive written workmanship warranty to protect your investment

  • Optional access to our garden care and seasonal maintenance programs to keep your space looking its best

  • Priority scheduling for future enhancements, upgrades, or service needs, reserved exclusively for our past clients
